y6 Terms and Conditions

In this document, "y6", "we", "platform" or "site" refers to y6-bet.cam. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on or using services from this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by y6 — casino games, sports betting, live casino and any other features offered through this platform.

These terms apply specifically to users accessing the services from Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are familiar with these terms and are bound to comply with them.

To open an account on y6, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information at the time of registration is a violation of the terms and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Single Account

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If members of the same household use the service from the same device or network, this must be reported to y6.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

y6 reserves the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. This process may require submission of a copy of a national ID card or passport.

• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep the provided information accurate and up to date.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is completed.
• Keeping the account password confidential is mandatory; sharing the password with any third party is prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the y6 support team immediately. y6 is not responsible for losses resulting from a breach of account security, unless caused by a fault on the platform itself.

All services on the y6 platform are for persons aged 21 years or older only. Opening an account in violation of the age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

y6 is aware of and committed to protecting minors from gambling. If a parent or guardian suspects that their minor child is using this platform, we urge them to notify our support team immediately.

• Providing false information about age at the time of registration is a punishable offence.
• Age verification may be requested at any time and supporting documents must be submitted.
• Failure to pass age verification will result in permanent account closure.

Popular payment methods in Bangladesh can be used for deposits and withdrawals on y6: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks).

4.1 Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Correct payment details must be provided when making a deposit.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited — the name of the depositor and the account holder must be the same.
• y6 reserves the right to cancel deposits made through fraudulent or unauthorised means.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements on bonuses are fulfilled.
• The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method used.

y6's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Wagering requirements apply to bonuses — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.

5.1 Bonus Example

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses are only usable on designated games and betting markets.
• y6 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

When placing bets on y6, the specific rules of each game and market apply. General betting rules are outlined below:

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• y6 reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• In the case of an incomplete bet due to a server issue, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.2 Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing, collusion, bot usage or other dishonest means will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings. Such activities may also be subject to legal action.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football and other sports is limited to designated markets. Once results are announced, the relevant betting markets close permanently.

y6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious activity related to financial crime.
• Violation of the age limit.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before account closure; however, any bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

y6 treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. How information collected during registration and platform use is handled is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is not sold to third parties.
• Payment information is stored in encrypted form.
• All transactions are secured using SSL technology.
• There may be an obligation to provide information under orders from relevant legal authorities.

• Betting losses caused by loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or devices.
• Account information leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

y6's total liability shall never exceed the user's total deposits over the most recent 12 months. In the event of any dispute, a resolution through discussion will be attempted first.

All content on the y6 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text and other elements — is intellectual property owned by y6. Reproducing, distributing or using these elements for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of the platform is prohibited.
• The intellectual property rights of game software providers are fully reserved.
• Unauthorised use of y6's trademark or name may result in legal action.

y6 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. For significant changes, a notice may be sent to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the user agrees to the new terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.
